What we collect
The only personal information this website collects is what you choose to type into the contact form:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you provide one
- Your company or organization, if you provide one
- The service you are interested in, if you select one
- A budget range, if you select one
- The project summary you write
There is no analytics package, no advertising network, no tracking pixel and no cookie banner on this site, because there is nothing to consent to: we set no cookies and load no third-party scripts. Fonts are served from this domain rather than a font CDN.
Why we collect it
Solely to read and reply to your enquiry, and to hold the thread of that conversation if it turns into a project. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing list.
How it reaches us
Submissions are delivered to our own inbox by a third-party transactional email provider acting on our instructions. Our web host processes the request in order to serve the page and route the submission, and may retain short-lived operational logs including IP address for security and abuse prevention.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our email for as long as the conversation is commercially relevant. If a project does not proceed, we remove the correspondence on request, and otherwise in the ordinary course of clearing old mail.
Your choices
Write to admin@rougelouve.bz and ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. We will action it. You can also simply reply to any email from us and ask us to stop contacting you.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS with a strict content security policy. The contact form validates and sanitises every submission on the server, rate limits repeated submissions, and never exposes credentials to the browser.
Changes
If we change what this site collects or how it is handled, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
